Traffic on I-95 was horrid even at 10 am.  We waited to leave until rush traffic was over but guess that road just is not big enough for all the cars.  We went thru the state into New York and then took I-287 over the Tappan Zee Bridge.  Onto I-287 in New Jersey until we hit route I-80.  This will be the main road for us all the way thru to South Dakota.  We have traveled this route quite a few times so we went fairly quickly.

We stopped at 81-80 Rv Park in Drums Pa.  It was an okay park – did have full hookups and met a very nice man from Pittsburgh.  We took a walk around the campground but did not unhook the camper from the truck.

When we left we had to stop for gas and then stopped for lunch at Arbys.  We also went grocery shopping – wow is this different – have a small refigerator and freezer so have to watch what I buy.  We bought mostly meat – are you supprised?

Today we arrived at Wolfs Camping Resort in Knox Pa.  It is just a beautiful park with so much to do and such nice people.  The lady in the office told us all kind of places to visit in South Dakota and on the way out – she has a son whom lives in N Dakota.  We set up the camper and took a nice walk around to see what is here.  Around 5:30 we took a walk to a restaurant on the campground but opened to the public.  Tim had liver and onions, collard greens, corn, bread and a salad – I had a philly cheese steak sandwich – two soft drinks.  Bill was $14.50 and the food was wonderful.  As you all know I am a very fussy eater so this is a real good plug from me.  The campgrounbd has a pool, fishing lake, golf course, hot tub, boat rentals, fire truck rides, volleyball, game room and miniture golf.  My grandchildren would love this park.  All in all it is great.

Our next stop will probably be in Ohio, Indiana or Illinois depending on how far we decide to drive.  We will arrive and stay thru Monday am.  We hope to redo the basement of the trailer and make more room for things.   Hope we find some interesting places to visit tommorow – it has been to hot for tourist attractions.
